Турчинов: Дела против Тимошенко "фальсифицируют" из-за страха
Руководитель Центрального штаба БЮТ Александр Турчинов считает, что власть Януковича, осуществляя атаку на Юлию Тимошенко, демонстрирует свой страх перед действиями оппозиционных сил.
"Атака силовых структур на Тимошенко и фальсификация дел против нее является подтверждением их страха и попыткой каким-либо образом остановить лидера оппозиции", - заявил Александр Турчинов, которого цитирует его персональный сайт.
При этом политик подчеркнул, что одним из основных признаков тоталитаризма является раскрутка маховика всего репрессивного аппарата против оппозиционных лидеров.
"Власть, отбрасывая верховенство права, законности и конституционных норм, сдает не только национальные интересы, но и уничтожает основные устои демократии - свободу слова, права на собрания и оппозиционной деятельности", - говорится в сообщении.
Как известно, сегодня, 12 мая, Юлия Тимошенко была вызвана в Главное следственное управление Генеральной прокуратуры Украины для вручения постановления о возбуждении уголовного дела.
Дело было открыто во времена Президента Леонида Кучмы, 19 мая 2003 года. "Это дело 2003 года сфальсифицировал Кучма и сам Кучма и закрыл, потому что оно выглядело абсурдно даже для зависимых и продажных судов", - прокомментировала Юлия Тимошенко сегодня после встречи со следователем Генпрокуратуры.
Юлия Тимошенко удивлена тем, что Янукович "вытаскивает эти дела, которые совершенно ни к чему не приведут, и создает просто откровенно неприкрытые репрессии". Такими действиями, говорит она, власть Януковича "хочет развязать себе руки для того, чтобы в стране делать все, что угодно, без всякого сопротивления оппозиции".
